E-Team

USA 2014 I OmeU I 88 min

The documentary "E-Team" follows a special unit of "Human Rights Watch", a so-called "emergency team" that consists of dedicated investigators. The film accompanies the E-Team during the dangerous work on the border between Syria and Libya. They risk their lives and gather evidence to ensure that the atrocities of brutal regimes come to light and will not stay unpunished. They venture behind enemy lines to expose crimes against humanity.

MONTHLY SCREENINGS:

The film series 'Cinema for Peace - Monthly screenings' was started in June 2011. It began with the screening of the documentary "Restrepo," in memory of the war correspondent and photographer Tim Hetherington, who was killed during a reporting from Libya. The Monthly screenings are held on every last Thursday of the month in Berlin, and every last Tuesday of the month in Vienna. They deal with current political issues.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the screening.
