Sergei Magnitsky Put on Posthumous Trial

In an absurd chapter, the Russian justice system begins a posthumous trial of Sergei Magnitsky in Moscow today.

Sergei Magnitsky - the lawyer who unveiled the massive tax fraud conducted by public officials in Russia, who was later imprisoned and died, due to the denial of medical treatment - is about to be tried posthumously in Russia.
